Yoga Camp for Adults 2025

Friday, May 16th through Sunday, May 18th
Breathe Into The Fullness
Camp DeBenneville Pines, Angelus Oaks, CA

Picture
Angela and Nathan are the deans for this year's Yoga Camp for Adults!  They have been honored to be teaching at camp since 2015 and 2025 marks the 10 year anniversary of their teaching at Yoga Camp!

The theme "Breathe Into The Fullness" came to Angela one morning while driving up the mountain as she saw the full moon setting behind the peaks.

When your life is busy you might call it full.  You might refer to it as having a full plate of things going on.  Have you taken time lately to breathe and notice how busy you are spinning around on this planet you call home?

This camp is a retreat opportunity to feel full in a different way.  You will have the chance to let go of all the doing and drop into being.  You will be able to tune more into your aliveness, to experience expansion and a feeling of being fully yourself. To be in a shared community of new and familiar faces feeling fully supported on your unique journey.

Movement practices like dance and yoga naturally help you feel full of joy and feel more present.  The breath practices you will experience literally fill you with space and oxygen and energy so you can feel more fully alive and not simply on autopilot with your full plate.

Be fully immersed in the magical sounds of music and nature surrounding you.  With the full moon overhead, nestled under the pines on the solid yet ever-changing mountain, surrender and breathe into the fullness.

Betsy Marzahn-Ramos is the founder of Life Beyond Busy (formerly b.free yoga and wellness) and Executive Director of the Pranakriya School of Yoga Healing Arts, a yoga teacher training school in the Tantric Hatha Yoga tradition. Betsy believes that yoga, in our present-day Western context, is most valuable when it can be taken off the mat and into real life. She engages yoga practice as a tool to help individuals live beyond the constraints of busyness, boredom, and burnout, in order to become fully immersed in the adventure of their lives. Through self-discovery, cultural exploration, and intentional practices, she inspires global community to embrace their boundless potential, trust their intuition, have more fun, and create lives filled with freedom, joy, and purpose.  She will be expertly helping us weave our theme throughout the weekend with her signature Pranakriya yoga sessions.   www.Lifebeyondbusy.com

Angela and Nathaniel (Nathan) are a husband and wife team and are both certified Pranakriya Yoga teachers.  They’ve been yoga practitioners and life partners for over 20 years!  They enjoy co-teaching yoga workshops and spending as much time as possible outdoors.  It was the perfect move for their family of four to relocate to Angelus Oaks in 2021. They are a very active family and they spend a lot of time together creating, hiking, camping, and exploring the natural world.  They strive to live life fully alive in every moment and to teach their children to do the same.
