"Mamasana" Prenatal Yoga (Private Online/In-person Sessions Available)
Pregnancy is a transformative time in your body and becoming a parent transforms your life. A prenatal yoga practice is a wonderful opportunity to mindfully create space and time for welcoming new life into the world. In this class, we will practice ways to breathe and move that are safe and effective for women at all stages of pregnancy. Each class will open with a check-in to build community and find out what is going on in your body week by week. The kriyas (movements with breath) and asanas (postures) we will practice alleviate some of the common ailments and discomforts that come along with your changing body and will ultimately help to prepare you for the birth of your baby and the ebb and flow of challenges that arise postpartum. Come and join us in a safe, virtual online space where you can meet other moms, strengthen your body, maintain flexibility and make space and time in your life to take care of yourself. All private classes are sliding scale of $50-80/hour. If pricing is an issue, gather a few mama friends and split a small group session! |
