Private and Specialty Sessions (online or in person)

 Private sessions are ideal for many students.  We can schedule sessions for individuals, partners or small groups.    Online booking will be available in the future, but for now the best way to reach Angela and Nathan is through email.   At this time privates can be done via Zoom.

Here are some reasons you might want to hire Angela or Nathan for a private yoga session:

• I am a beginner and want to learn more before I join a yoga class
• I am pregnant or recently postpartum and want to make sure I am doing the right things for my body and baby 
• I have small children and can't bring them to a yoga studio or find time to practice on my own (schedule a class for your mom and kids playgroup)!
• I am not comfortable in a class format
• I have an injury, illness or disability and would benefit from modifications
• I want to deepen my yoga practice
• I want to develop my own home practice and need some guidance
• It would work better for my schedule
• I work for a company or school and we'd like to schedule a private class, training, presentation or workshop for a group in our workplace, offsite, or online
• I have a specific idea or goal for my family, children, self, students etc. and want help designing a practice to meet my goals​
